Where can I get sizing information?
Sizing information for Zubaz® is available when you select a particular item on our website. You'll find it under the "Overview" tab.
Can I change or cancel an order after I have placed it?
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once you have submitted your order for purchase we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
I didn't receive a confirmation email after I placed my order.
Please confirm your email address when creating your account. If you are using your workplace email address, be aware that many corporations use spam
filters to disqualify incoming automated emails. Feel free to email us so that we can assist you.
What is your general return policy?
Zubaz® stands by its products. If you have received a defective product (i.e. stitching defect, tear in the material), please email us immediately at [info at zubaz.com] so that we can assist you with our returns/exchange process.
General Return Guidelines:
In the event that you have a Zubaz product that is defective, for fastest service, we advise you to first check with the original place of purchase for assistance. Authorized Zubaz Retailers have their own particular return policies. If you are not able to return an item to the original place of purchase, you still may be able to receive service for the item directly through Zubaz.
How do I return/exchange an item purchased online at zubaz.com?
• All products purchased through zubaz.com must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be in resalable condition if it is a non-defective item.
• If it is defective we will replace with an item of equal value.
• All returns/exchanges must include your original receipt (packlist) contained in your package indicating which items you are returning and a brief note describing the reason for the return.
• Returns/Exchanges received without the original receipt (packlist) contained in your package will not be processed.
• If you have misplaced your original receipt (packlist), please email customer service at [info at zubaz.com].
• Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Items contained in your return package must be on your packlist(s). Any item not listed on your packlist(s) that was not originally purchased from Zubaz.com will not be eligible for a return.
• We recommend that you return your items via an insured carrier service as Zubaz is not responsible for lost packages in transit. Once received, your full refund will take 10-14 days to process. Credit card companies vary in the time in takes for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement

How do I return/exchange an item purchased at one of Zubaz's authorized retailers?
• Only exchanges of equal value can be processed for items purchased from one of our authorized retailers.
• Please email customer service at [info at zubaz.com] for assistance and to obtain an exchange authorization number. Please note: we will not be able to process the exchange unless you email customer service to receive the exchange authorization number.
• A note including your name, address, telephone number, original proof of purchase and exchange authorization number must be included in the package.
• Packages received without the appropriate information including an exchange authorization number and proof of purchase will not be processed.
