Order Change Request Form
 

To request a change to your existing order, please complete the form below and press submit. PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS CANNOT BE ADDED TO AN EXISTING ORDER. IF YOU WISH TO ADD AN ITEM YOU NEED TO PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR IT.


 

After receiving your request, a Zubaz customer service representative will contact the appropriate warehouse and attempt to make the change to your order. If the warehouse notifies customer service that your order has already shipped or is in the process of being shipped (e.g. is being picked and packed), the change request will be unsuccessful. If this is the case, a Zubaz representative will notify you that the order could not be changed. If a change request could not be honored, the shipped item can still be returned or exchanged, if desired.
